The App aggregates publicly available research data into a compiled research reference library, offers a research calculation utility for unit conversions and reconstitution math, and includes a research planning assistant for organizing study timelines.

Peptide1 is NOT a medical device, health application, or clinical decision support system. It is a reference tool that aggregates publicly available research data for educational use. No clinical decisions are made by or supported by this tool.

3. Research Reference Disclaimer

This research reference tool does not provide medical advice. All information, including peptide compound data, dosing references, and research planning utilities, is compiled from publicly available sources and provided for educational and research reference purposes only. The content has not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or any other regulatory body. Nothing in this App is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

You acknowledge and agree that you should always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making any health-related decisions, including but not limited to the use of any compounds referenced in the App. The research calculation utility performs mathematical conversions only and does not constitute dosing guidance.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years of age to use this App. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

14. Payment & Billing

Access to Peptide1 requires a paid subscription, which includes a 10-day free trial. After the trial period, your subscription will automatically renew on a monthly basis at the then-current rate. You will not be charged during the trial period.

Payment processing is handled exclusively by Stripe. Peptide1 never sees, receives, or stores your payment card number, CVV, expiration date, or any other payment credentials. All payment data is entered and stored directly with Stripe on their secure servers.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Billing Portal accessible from your Settings page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods except where required by applicable law.
